Bhd., Malaysia, a registered HRDC training provider. Disclaimer: All programs, including the BODY WISDOM 360 Leadership Program and 1:1 Coaching, are delivered and invoiced by RDM Design Sdn Bhd. Malaysia, unless otherwise stated. The legal entity listed on the invoice is the official provider of the service. Clients are informed in advance which company/person provides and invoices the service.
Booking & Consent to These Terms: By booking, purchasing, or paying for any session or program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the recording consent and liability waiver below.
No separate signature is required — payment constitutes binding acceptance. Video Conferencing & Recording (Zoom) Sessions may be conducted and recorded via Zoom or a comparable platform.
Internal use (covered by your purchase): recordings may be used for the coach's professional reference, quality assurance, and supervision. They are stored securely, not shared with third parties, and deleted or archived in line with applicable data protection law.
Marketing/testimonial use: any use of a recording, excerpt, image, or quote for marketing, testimonials, or social media requires your separate, explicit, written consent, given in addition to your purchase. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Nature of Coaching & Waiver of Liability: Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical service for personal and professional development. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or legal/financial advice, and does not replace such services. Coaching does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or level of performance, well-being, or success. The client acknowledges and agrees that: - They are solely and fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, choices, and behavior, both during and after any session, and for any consequences arising from them. - Any application of insights, tools, or discussions from a session to their personal, professional, financial, or business life is undertaken entirely at their own risk and discretion. - The provider makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding results, and is not responsible for outcomes the client experiences as a result of applying — or not applying — anything discussed in a session. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider (RDM DESIGN Sdn. Bhd. or Claudia C Binder, as applicable) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or personal harm arising from or in connection with participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the provider.
By purchasing or participating in any session, the client releases and holds harmless the provider from any claims arising from decisions or actions the client takes based on the coaching relationship.
Confidentiality & Data Protection: Client information and session content are treated as confidential, subject to the recording provisions above and any disclosure required by law. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms, and any dispute arising from services delivered under either entity, are governed by the laws of Malaysia, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Age Limit Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By booking or purchasing a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Placing an Order: Orders/bookings are placed directly through our website or via direct communication with us (email/booking link). Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation and, where applicable, a Zoom link and scheduling details for your session.
Your Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order (name, email, billing details). You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
Price: All prices are listed in USD, except for clients located in Europe, where prices are listed and charged in EUR. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, which will be indicated where relevant. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of your purchase.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout or on the invoice. Sessions or program access will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
Delivery: Our services are delivered digitally/virtually (via Zoom or a comparable platform) — no physical goods are shipped. Access details (e.g., session link, schedule, materials) are delivered by email upon confirmed payment. Changes to These Terms and Conditions: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website/page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
