I used to think I could outwork everything. The deadlines. The pressure. The exhaustion. I was wrong.

My name is Claudia.

I am an EMCC-accredited Leadership Coach/Mentor with a background in Holistic Health and Physio Training.

I know the body. I know the mind. And I know the job.

In 2004, I opened my first company, Health First, helping people with pre- and post-surgery exercises and stress management, and I heard the same story every time:

"I ignored the signals. I kept pushing. And then my body stopped me." In hindsight, I believe many of those surgeries could have been avoided if people had the right resilience tools early enough.

And then... in 2017 my body made me stop. Not slow down. Stop.

Severe back pain. I couldn't get out of bed. I was running two businesses. My Holistic Health Studio, my Interior Design Studio -leading international design projects, and at the same time I managed all demands of my family...

ignoring every signal my body sent me.

I knew better. That was the hardest part.

The exercises I taught and the treatments I was offered by doctors did not help me, so I trained in RTT hypnotherapy, Physical and Positive Intelligence, EMDR, Ego-State Therapy, Reiki and Inner-Child work.

I learned that my pain was rooted mostly in the outdated beliefs I still carried from my childhood, and they had the power to make me stop. Stop everything I knew...

But I recovered, and the learning curve was huge.

Throughout this time, something became very clear.

The body keeps the score of all the stress we don't manage. It quietly stores the invisible weight of responsibility and performance we carry - until it breaks and stops us from doing and pushing through - and this is my WHY, and the reason I help people prevent, recover and change their lives from surviving to striving.

Then, in early 2024, it happened to my son-in-law. Thirty-one. Leading medical trials for a large pharma concern in the UK. Brilliant, driven, a perfectionist. Diagnosed with a brain tumour. A mix of genetics and long-term stress exposure.

I moved to the UK for five months to help. Every day we did what his system could handle: breathing, micro-movements, tension release and sensory exercises - alongside his medical treatment. Step by step, he came back.

Today he is training for his second 10K.
